Our attention to detail starts with our thoughtful booking process. By getting to know each other well and hearing all about your wedding dreams, we can make sure we’re a perfect match for you! This gives you the confidence to know we understand your vision completely. Once you’ve booked us for your date, we begin our deep dive into getting to know everything about your vision, your priorities, and your relationship. This carefully thought-out process helps us tie in all sorts of personal touches and create wedding details that are unique to you!
STEP ONE: BOOKING
Throughout the planning process, we’ll gather your dream team of vendors and manage every planning task to ensure no detail is missed. Your planner is essentially the project manager for your wedding, taking hundreds of hours of work off your plate. We’ll make sure every vendor's needs are taken care of, by arranging budgets, guiding their pre-event preparation, and making sure your expectations are clearly communicated. And because we care just as much about your marriage as we do your party, we’ll pamper you with date night ideas and relational support so you can focus on what’s most important.
STEP TWO: PLANNING
When your big day is finally here, we’ll arrive on-site with a team of professionals ready to handle whatever your wedding throws at them. We bring a well stocked emergency kit and a timeline that’s planned down to the very smallest details to ensure everything goes exactly the way you’ve dreamed. The end of the night is bittersweet for us after getting to know you so well, but we’ll make sure to keep in touch and wish you well during this new chapter of your lives!

National Park Wedding
Step One: Booking
When I first met Jen and Zack, I knew their wedding was going to be a dream. Along with being the best to plan with, their true love shone through in the way they talked about and looked at each other. There’s something so special about planning a wedding for a couple like that, and I couldn’t wait to make their big day feel so perfectly “them.”
This couple was so kind to give us full design freedom with their wedding. We also got to design and arrange all their florals, which turned out so beautifully with their colors! We were honored to be trusted so completely, and couldn’t wait to bring it all to life for the surprise reveal on their big day.
Step Two: Planning
They really wanted to incorporate lots of personal details about their love life and what they love about each other, which is kind of what we’re all about! Jen and Zack love nature and adventuring together, and they have a dream to visit all the national parks together. So, we decided to reflect their love for national parks all over their wedding design.
Gathering their dream team of vendors went smoothly, and when you’re working with the right people, the rest of planning is easier too! With the music, menu, and mood in place, we could focus our attention on their design. From tablescapes, to escort cards, to centerpieces, to signage, we wanted everything to feel truly original and truly “them.”
The tablescapes were a stunning example of elegance and simplicity. The green and neutral color scheme brought a nature feel to their design, and the bud vases added to the subtle, yet charming look they were going for. Perhaps the star of the show was their custom designed menus, by yours truly, with hand-drawn line art and a personal story written about their travels to different national parks. With each table being themed after one of their favorite trips, it was uniquely personal and gave their guests a chance to feel included in their love story.
One way we made everything feel unique was by incorporating handmade and custom design everywhere. And because they trusted us to handle their full planning and design, we wanted to bring their ideas to life in the most amazing ways.
The escort display was a wonderful combination of the things they loved and our original, custom design strategies. To make it perfect, I brought out my creative side and hand-painted escort cards for each of their 100 or so guests. This added to the guest experience as well, as everyone got to take home a watercolor that matched the table they were seated at, something to remember this beautiful night by.
Step Three: Execution
When the big day finally arrived, we got to see our amazing team of vendors in action! With our carefully planned event timeline, everyone knew where they needed to be and what they needed to do, freeing up our staff to set up decor, help with the pre-wedding jitters, and support the vendors wherever needed!
One important coordination skill is being prepared for any potential hiccups. We bring a fully stocked 300+ item emergency kit, so we can fix problems before you even find out anything went wrong! From broken shoes, to floral arrangements tipping in the wind, to vendors needing a sugar boost, we tackled issues with professionalism to keep the day running smoothly.
Listening to Jen and Zack’s beautiful vows made us tear up while we prepped the reception space. One special thing I loved was the private space we set up for them to have a few moments alone just after the ceremony—so they could soak up the feelings and celebrate being married before joining their family and friends at cocktail hour. Then finally, my favorite part, our big reveal! We set aside time for them to walk through the reception space together before their guests were seated for dinner, so they could see their vision come to life and the design elements we curated. Farmer’s Market Wedding
Step One: Booking
Karissa and Kaden were so fun to work with from the very beginning of meeting! We were obsessed with the idea behind their design–they envisioned a relaxed, outdoor wedding that made their guests feel as if they were at a local farmer’s market. We couldn’t wait to bring it all together!
Step Two: Planning
To bring the farmer’s market design to life, we curated several unique scenes that doubled as decor and entertainment! First, we created a “Farmer’s Market Stand,” complete with local produce and fresh eggs and honey. This also served as favors for their guests–they were given baskets to fill with produce to take home at the end of the night!
The planning process was made easy with the amazing vendors we brought together and our attention to every step on the to-do list. Knowing that we had their vision and needs for the day handled, all our couple had to do was show up and enjoy their day!
Another highlight was our bread display. Filled with homemade artisan bread, it was both fit the vibe and gave guests something yummy to snack on during cocktail hour!
Step Three: Execution
Fun fact: while setting up, we realized we were a few jars of honey short for our tablescapes. Lizzie solved this issue by mixing syrup with water to get the right color (it was a perfect substitute for the right look!). Now there were enough real jars for guests to take home, while we had the fakes to use in decor that wouldn’t be eaten. Just one of the ways we use innovative solutions to solve any problem that may come up on your wedding day!
The moment we were all waiting for: bringing their wedding from moodboard to reality! Setup went seamlessly with the team of vendors we brought along and everyone was eyeing the food we used in the design.
Coordinating is extra special to us because we get to meet the family, friends, and loved ones of all the amazing couples we have the chance to work with. Everyone enjoyed farm-to-table food, a romantic atmosphere, and so much joy as we celebrated the happy couple’s union.
All in all, the event was a huge success and we are so honored to have been part of their big day! We love bringing creative ideas like this to life and are so grateful for clients who trust us with their beautiful visions!
